Delivery

After you place your order, we'll get started right away. We always strive to process and ship orders the same day. For custom-made jewelry, please allow two business days for shipping. After shipping, it will take one to three business days for your order to arrive. We 'll always send you an email when your order is received and shipped. However, this is always dependent on the delivery companies.

During busy periods, it may take longer for your jewelry to arrive. This includes holidays and Black Friday. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Rates

We believe it's important that your precious jewelry arrives safely and undamaged. That's why we take great care with packaging and the way your package is delivered. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

We ship jewelry as standard mail. Orders over €50 are shipped free within the Netherlands.

For added peace of mind, you can choose to insure your order. We do charge an additional fee for this.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mooi vAn AnnA, you can, of course, exchange or return your order. This is only true if the item hasn't been worn and the label is still attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your complete order. Please send an email to info@giesendc.nl indicating that you're returning the jewelry.

Within 14 days of receiving the products, the money will be refunded to the account you used to pay for them, provided the products are undamaged and unused, with the original label still attached. Return shipping is at your own expense. In such cases, we will reimburse your costs.
